Maria made me the most wonderful wedding dress. She took the time to listen to all my issues, offered ideas and produced the most perfect dress for my big day. Not only that, I use Maria all for all my clothes alterations and even taking up some viols for my holiday home. She does an amazing job no matter what that job is. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had a couple of Jumpers that needed adjusting and an artic zip- fleece, for alterations. From taking precise measurement details to completing the work, everything was completed to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maria for her work, which was also at a good price.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Maria we walked in her shop out the blue as we were visiting the area from hull. I already had a dress for my best friends wedding to be her maid of honor. But I wasn’t happy with it and felt like it did nothing for me. As soon as we met Maria she was walk and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for me and with such a small time frame she managed to order my dress and alter it within a week and put some bows on my shoes for me she thought of that herself bless her . she knew what would look lovely on me and this lady knows her stuff everyone at the wedding commented on my dress. Maria did my daughters prom dress alterations perfectly from taking up the length to taking it in adjusting straps and also adjusting where detailing was and moving it to a more desired position. Not only that she also made my daughter the most beautiful bespoke wrist corsage to match her dress . Such a professional and friendly service . We have since been back for more alterations on clothing
