Why has your member of staff felt the need to be so rude to a member of ths public making a video and showing an interest in your company. Instead of taking the opportunity to make your company look good he has shown you up instead. Retraining needed.

I bought a Tom Chambers bird feeding station from a local garden centre. Pleased with the quality but wanted to get an extra pole to make it as high as the one I am replacing. Also I wanted a fourth hanging arm to balance it so to speak. (There are only three supplied). I contacted Tom Chambers HQ and they said they supply no accessories as the feeding stations are pre-packed from abroad. “Sorry about that”..Well so am I! Had I known this I would have bought Gardman. You have just gained a dis-satisfied customer.

Almost all of the stock is from China, very little is made on site.

Good set of lads that load you quick and efficient
