I’ve been buying the bulk of my bait ingredients and pellets from BAF for over 4yrs. All of their products are excellent quality and have definitely lead to more fish on the bank. A recent issue, with a mistake in my order, was sorted next day, without question. That alone speaks words.

Awful customer services!!! Placed the order and two days pass and I had no update. I have called them, nobody has not picked up the phone and I left a voicemail. Obviously after the voicemail I was waiting couple of hours and nobody has not contacted me. I have decide to call again and a gentlemen has answered and with so much disrespect he has looked into the order ahd he said, ooo we haven`t got NOR 70 Fishmeal on stock. My question is why it was possible to place the order then ? Why nobody has not contacted me by now to inform me that, hei Alexandru, we do not have this in order, can you please advice us what would you like to do with your order ? I have asked him second question and " What is the reason why I have not been contacted by now ? His reply : I don`t know. I have said who knows and he said I don`t know. Well done guys!!! You are doing a good job.

I ordered variuos powders though i haven't opened them yet they all look superb and turned up in 2 days. Im Absolutely happy with the service and would recommend them. Will write review when opened and used products
