Michael the store manger was excellent. I made a difficult decision to sell some gold left to me after my Dad died. I wanted something to remember his passing rather than leaving old items in a draw. Micheal advised me to take some images of items to remember him by. He then took his time to listen and help me choose a new gold chain to remember my Dad. He couldn’t have done anymore to help me through a difficult decision. The necklace is beautiful.

I have visited Ramsdens Goole twice this week . Firstly to buy some jewellery, and I was so impressed by Michael, so friendly and helpful, which prompted my second visit .I sold some bits of old gold and bought some foreign currency .Looked after by Micheal again , he's certainly an asset to the shop.

I bought some euros at Ramsdens in Goole and would recommend them highly. Richard the manager was so helpful and very knowledgeable. l will definitely go back to Ramsdens when l need more foreign currency. 👍 3rd October 2025 Nigel 😊
