Place is a joke, I placed an order for some parts over the phone and called back when they were expected to arrive only to find that they hadn't ordered anything at all! Had the mechanic booked to fit everything and now I'm stuck without a vehicle

Very nice and friendly staff who keep their doors open to every customer! I visited them when my car started making funny sounds which I didn't know where they were coming from. They welcomed me and diagnosed the problem free of charge! This was after another garage refused to even listen to my story. Two days after, they fixed my car and I'm back on the road, happy and safe again! Thank you Wilco Motorsave and keep up the good work!

Took my car in for a full service today and they were very friendly, it was nice that they was honest with me as a previous garage told me my brakes and suspension needed doing and it didn't, just wanted to thank all the team that worked on my car and booked me in, honest, friendly and respectful, will be definitely going back.

The guy at the counter appeared new to the business and was unsure of what I wanted, He was not assisted by his work colleague who was quite dismissive. He went on line for the answer to the problem and duly attended to my request in full, well done. The new fella was fine but his colleague could do with some customer care skills... as a minimum

Very helpful and fitted our car in at short notice to resolve tyre valve fault whilst we waited, as we were just starting out on a long journey. Great customer service.
