Just bought 3 quads from Dirt Monster UK. What a fabulous product, the children and husband love them! Speedy delivery and excellent customer service. We will definitely be back for the next sizes in the future.

Liars and thieves. Spent £500 on 2 quads which broke completely within a month. Tried everything to resolve even offering to fix ourselves if they sent the parts. They lied and lied at every turn. Now they won’t return our calls and shut up shop when we told them we were returning the quads. Having to sue them for our money back. Absolutely the worst sort of traders in every sense. Run a mile from these criminals.

SCAM! AVOID! Paid £70 deposit for a Mini Quad back in October. Told it would be here 1st Nov. Date was put back to 14th. Kept calling to see if it was in and to pay as wanted to arrange delivery. My son has been waiting weeks for his quad! He kept saying he'd email invoice. I then lost all faith in Lewis and asked for a refund of my £70 deposit which he said he would refund no problem. Days passed with no money back so called Lewis and had a 30 minute heated debate as he then informed me i'd only be getting £20 back as a 'gesture of good will'. Still not recieved the £20 let alone the £70. I too will be taking the legal route! My son has been completely let down by this man and he will NOT get away with it! ##### AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID #####

Collected 50cc quad bike absolutely perfect, friendly staff easy to communicate with. Very helpful, easy to approach. Easy assemble, perfect my little kid, recommended it to my next door neighbour to buy one for her kids for Christmas. Great value for money

Excellent quad..excellent communication excellent price..i will be honest and say i was worried as i red alot of bad reviews but despite all the negative I went ahead and purchased a quad and it came and was delivered when said but later than told because of 10inchs of snow lol but again despite the negative I still will buy again from dirt monster uk. Thank you again guys one very happy boy come Christmas day. From two very happy parents
