Sunshine Serviced Apartments & AptHotel in Goole for Contractors

Goole itself was a pleasant surprise as it is well placed as a base to explore Yorkshire. Convenient for getting to York and Leeds as well as the East Coast beaches such as Bridlington. As for the Sunshine Apartments, they are located perfectly for getting around. We parked opposite, in the railway station car park, where it cost us just £3.40 for each 24 hour period, which is very reasonable. From there, we just pushed the wheelchair across the road, it took about two minutes. It is located close to a couple of takeaways including Dominos Pizza. Our apartment was on the first floor. The aroma of fresh paint and new carpet was apparent as we entered. It was very tastefully decorated, we had the room with the Queen size bed, the other bedroom had twin beds. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all we needed. The heaters were very modern and easy to operate, although we hardly needed as the place was well insulated. The bathroom was warm and again, well equipped. A definite to return to, although I understand they have property in Manchester so may consider that. An easy 5 stars

Booked for 45 days. There is no free parking around the property. At the backward there is a private one for few hours. Keep the car at your own risk. There is water leak from the roof at multiple locations, water falls directly on the bed in the first bedroom. At the third floor, there is no internet signal that is provided by the house owner. Sorry, if lucky, it is possible to get some WiFi signal but can not browse. Owner(arrogant, disrespectful) needs to be more humble, respectful to the guests.

We booked this apartment through work for a couple of members of staff to stay in whilst working on a project in Goole. They could not have been happier. Great location, Netflix/Sky tv, comfortable bedrooms.. They loved their stay here and will definitely be returning. A big thanks also to Helen, who was very helpful and went the extra mile for us.

Stayed here with my partner and our children when visiting family. Very spacious, clean and welcoming. The Netflix was a bonus too! The host was very quick in responding about any queries which we had. Overall great stay!

Had a very good stay. Large rooms and very clean. Well situated near shops as well as across the road from Goole Station. This central location makes it easy to get to so many places. Communication was very good with the host and they made us feel very welcome. Would recommend staying here.
