Absolutely awful customer service although polite enough this hotel would not allow me to change the dates of my stay despite a cancer diagnosis that required emergency surgery and meant I wouldn't be able to travel on my booked dates. I wasn't asking for a refund just to move my dates I was even happy to pay a fee to do this but no. Although I know they could've done this at their discretion they chose not to causing me a lot more stress than I needed at this time
Place to relax with alcohol. Not a lot to do there just dance
Great pub got lots of specail drink offers and events!!! Can get busy during Bank Holidays and events. Causing a huge que for entrance and is one person out another in.
