Dovile is magical. I’m a returning customer. I suffer with sciatica and booked a deep tissue massage to try and alienate some of the pain. I had the massage yesterday and this morning I’m feeling a million times better. I had pain in my lower abdomen, lower back and both thighs. The massage was intense and just what I needed. I would highly recommend.
The best gym in this area. The owners are absolute professionals both in the fitness world and with making sure we use the gym to our best advantage. They offer incredible PT support, the gym is always clean and tidy and there is so much to train on. I love the section for specific strongman training - never seen this in an independent gym around here. It is super inclusive and great value for money. If a Professional Rugby Team are using the gym for their training, you know it's a good sign!!
Honestly can’t recommend Iron Wolf Gym in Goole enough. It’s got such a good vibe — everyone’s super welcoming and friendly. You can go in, chat with people, get advice or a bit of help if you need it, or just put your headphones on and crack on with your own session. It’s feels like a community here, with people of all levels training together and supporting each other. One of those places that actually makes you look forward to going to the gym!
