I’ve had two laser hair removal appointments so far and have been very happy with my experience. Natalie is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming every time. She makes the appointments comfortable and stress-free, and I always feel confident I’m in good hands. Looking forward to continuing my treatments.
I’ve Been going to Natalie for years now, she’s amazing! so are the lovely staff. Always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Warm cosy relaxing environment. Highly recommend :)
Natalie is a super friendly and professional therapist whose extensive experience shines through when having treatments done by her. My HD brows are always perfect and my monthly skin treatment has greatly improved the look of my skin. The salon is lovely and I always hugely enjoy my visits and highly recommend Spoilt Rotten.
All the therapists are always excellent, really friendly and lovely people. Natalie always goes above and beyond when trying to get me an appointment as I’m always trying to fit my appointments in around work. Great range of treatments which covers everything from skin, massage, waxing, nails to even tattoo removal and hair laser removal Would highly recommend Spoilt Rotten
I first stepped into this salon a year ago, fully expecting to walk away after a one off nail polish before a holiday, but the staff (especially Natalie), were so friendly and professional, I've become a regular. Cannot recommend highly enough
