Their website was user-friendly, and configuring a custom PC was straightforward since only compatible components could be selected. The information provided, such as the required power unit, was clear and helpful. During the build process, their communication was excellent. They provided 3D images of the build at various stages and clear updates on the progress and tasks being completed. The PC was built to a high standard, and I couldn't find any faults. The cable management was impressive, and so far, the build quality has been flawless. I just turned it on, and everything worked perfectly.

Upgraded my 13 year old gaming laptop to this monster thanks to PC Specialist. I didn't want risking building the PC myself so I was very happy to find them. The configuration process was seamless, there are a ton of options you can pick (do your research on the specific parts you order) and they inform you of what components fit in the case you pick. You can save your configuration if you still hesitate. Once it was booked and paid for, they inform you at all steps in the process of building your computer. Then they send the PC via UPS from the UK, mine came in three days and there was no problem with the delivery, it arrived in a perfect state. The PC works amazingly great, no bugs to report, smooth graphisms in ultra mode in every game I played as of now. Yes you pay the price of them building the PC, but that comes with delivery included + you're almost certain to have a PC ready to go with no bugs. Highly recommend them.

This was roughly the 5th laptop I ordered from here, this time a Recoil 16 AMD with the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D and an RTX 5080. The machine itself is lovely, all metal build with a premium feel. The MiniLED screen looks terrific. Performance and cooling have been great even without the watercooler. While objectively slightly heavier than my macbook pro 16" M1, by feel it's about the same. Battery life on windows is around 3hrs even with basic use, I haven't tested it with Linux yet. Slight downsides to the machine are the touchpad that doesn't support precision drivers so it's a bit meh with inconsistent palm rejection, but still ok Also the machine doesn't accept charging over USB-PD. The USB-PD specs in the manual are for output only. Not a dealbreaker but it would've been nice to be able to top off the battery in a pinch. This info should be in the specsheet on the page somewhere. Support has been fast, responsive and knowledgable when I contacted them for clarification on the USB-PD functionality Overall I am happy to recommend both PCSpecialist and their Recoil16 AMD.

Every member of staff have gone above and beyond to help, ordering a pc is super easy the configuration options are great and you never wait long for the systems to be completed! On my second pc from these guys and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service, I was emailed throughout the process to stay updated with every stage. I liked the customisation options, I was able to build a PC that suited my needs in both gaming and office work without overextending my budget. My delivery was exceptionally quick! (Even with me being super impatient) I believe 7 working days total (10 days in total from first ordering to delivery). I am very pleased with my PC, so far haven’t run into any issues, I have been playing games like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Infinity Nikki on the highest graphics settings and haven’t had any problems yet. It has been two weeks since I’ve received and set up the system. I’ve yet to try it on anything super graphically demanding but for what I use it for it works perfectly well. It came well packaged with clear instructions for setup. As my first proper PC set up I didn’t struggle at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Overall, a great experience with them!
