Our experience so far has been really good. Very efficient and helpful. Quick to reply to our messages and queries and the Doctors have been dilegent and receptionists friendly and considerate.
Been seeing these doctors since I moved from the south 3 years ago. Never had an issues making an appointment, understanding when appointments are missed by accident or you need to change an appointment. Its hard to get through early mornings but im guessing that's people trying to get through before their job starts. When visiting staff have always been helpful and polite. Love the asthma nurses, nurses who take your bloods and other types of tests. They've always been kind and empathetic. Thanks for all your hard work!
Great GP surgery. I almost always get seen same day
Only been at this practice for less than 12 months .. but it is already my favourite of many .. actually only used it 3x exc. Covid and Flu jabs, but Receptionists are relaxed and helpful, GPs so amenable, appointments are always available.. repeats are always ready.. downvoters should consider themselves very fortunate to have such a practice.. on their doorstep.
Excellent service. Great doctors. The call back service isn't as reliable as would hope. But I am happy at grassington.
