Both our sale and purchase were handled by Wilman and Lodge and they were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they happily went the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly. Special mention for Rachel who has the patience of a saint and kept us updated at every step of the way.
I recently purchased a semi-detached cottage in Kettlewell near Skipton, through Wilman & Lodge, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rachel & Tracy was extremely responsive to all my needs throughout the process. I was living out of the country at the time, which made communication a bit more challenging, but Rachel always replied promptly to my emails and calls. She truly went above and beyond—offering helpful guidance as someone not very familiar with the buying process and even providing excellent referrals for local contractors and tradespeople to help with work on the cottage. Rachel was consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel and Willman & Lodge to any friends or colleagues looking to buy or sell property in the area.

I can not thank Wilman and lodge enough We sold and purchased through them and everyone was a pleasure to deal with Rachel in the Grassington was unbelievable when we went to look around are now new home , she was so welcoming and gave us great knowledge and advice on the surrounding areas , as the sale progressed we encountered a few bumps in the road Rachel was always on hand to solve the issue and help out the best she could . We wouldn’t have gotten moved as fast as we did without her input , I would recommend selling and buying through Wilman and lodge 1000%
