All the reviews when it comes to customer service and care regarding this very charming shop are true. Clare is absolutely brilliant, always goes out of her way, replies to any questions and even asked the jacket's manufacturer regarding which detergent to use when it comes to washing it. Now THAT is what I call superb customer service. If you are anywhere near Grassington - visiting this shop is a must and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Thank you Clare and all at Robert Bunney Countrywear for truly fantastic shopping experience. I will definitely visit you again.

I had a brilliant experience placing an international order with this shop recently. Their communication was absolutely excellent; Clare let me know when the item was shipped, expected to arrive etc. The package arrived today, everything in perfect condition. My father wanted to purchase a replacement flat cap that he purchased from this shop in person many years ago. No caps are on the website to view so my Husband rang and spoke to Jenny, who was so helpful explaining how to measure to get the correct size. My Husband sent her a photo of the old cap and Jenny very promptly sent photos back of three near matches for my Father to select from. The next day the chosen cap arrived in the post. Great fit and my Father is so pleased with both the new flat cap and the service, he wants to order another of Jenny's choices. Excellent customer service from Jenny - so polite and helpful. Thank you.

Visiting from Texas we entered Robert Bunney and left with more than we ever expected. Great selection. High quality. I purchased a very nice high quality fleece vest that I wore practically every day in the mild winter back home. It developed a problem with the zipper and they were so friendly and helpful to send a replacement, across the pond no less.
