Advertising the Shell Go loyalty scheme, I picked up a leaflet asking if I could start collecting points, but according to the fed-up looking assistant you can't do this, instead I'd need to download the app and setup an account; can't help but feel this was nothing more than a lazy response. Back to BP for me, then.
