Something in the last six months has changed with the cheese or amount used meaning anytime we order we get over cheesed soggy pizzas and yet again we have ordered and it’s ruined, you can’t even see the pepperoni and it’s a floppy mess. Wish we used just eat so we can claim a refund and will be paying cash on inspection of delivery if we ever choose to use you again !
Ordered through just-eat as normal for collection. Ordered a “Prego Magic Box”… which is a pizza of choice, donner meat, chips, side salad and chilli sauce with a 1.5L bottle of pop. I was disappointed to see that there was no side salad at all, which is arguably the best bit about a takeaway, and to top it off the bottle of pop we got, although right, was what I believe to be a polish import? Confusing. I also found a piece of what looks to be Southern Fried Chicken in the box under my chips.. yet this meal didn’t include any chicken. Only positive is it was bang on time for collection being ready. As I walked in it was being packaged.
Never had any problems here before except a few order notes ignored but sadly today they forgot my milkshake he was happy to get me kne but it did not taste as good as previous times I’ve had it possibly rushed because it was close to closing time? Either way no excuse to rush a forgotten item slightly disappointed considering how much I order from here quite often id say I’m a regular also pizza fries are delish but not worth £6
Tonight the mixed grill was absolutely beautiful, we love it anyway but usually i avoid the beef as it can be dry chewy,,but tonight even the beef was perfect,soft tender and thick.Really nice.
Always order Donner wrap & chips, always fantastic but this time, I don’t know what happened, no flavour, meat seemed old, chips undercooked!
