Absolutely brilliant service this last week. I have completed the online form 3 times and been able to see a GP on the same day each time. I have been seen by 2 newish Doctors this last year, and both have gone above and beyond to ensure issues have been properly investigated. I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and cannot fault them at all.
This surgery has such a bad reputation, and to be totally honest they have not done anything positive, for me to form any other outcome but to agree. Just one small example, I had to have some bloods done so whole i was there i tried to book and appointment to see my doctor, who had asked to see me, so I went to ask at reception to make me an appointment only to be told I had to fill an on line request form, would it have hurt to have just booked me an appointment? Like I say this is just one example, some of the rest will be put in writing, in the form of a letter of complaint. Very disappoing
Went to see female Dr (sorry don’t remember her name) yesterday regarding a new infection. Contacted them at 8am, was seen at 10am and sent to Hull Royal for further tests. Found the female Dr very understanding, professional and thorough. The overall service was brilliant and as a family, we would definitely recommend!!!
Over the last few months i have had excellent service from the practice. Very prompt friendly and efficient service . I have been triaged very quickly and seen the same day when necessary.
This place has a bad reputation, but I have never experienced anything other than great service. I put in a prescription at 8am, picked it up at 9:30am the same day. Appointments generally run okay and the staff are always helpful and nice.
