Been multiple times now and each and every time I’m met with smiley faces and perfect customer service. Jane is so lovely and radiates such positive and comforting energy. Can’t recommend her massages enough!

Terrible experience , I booked for nail extensions for Christmas having given my nails a break from acrylics. The gel never cured and they let me leave with soft nails, they bubbled though the night and oozed. I went back the next day for a repair and she seemed very unhappy with me and never gave me an apology or an explanation. Before I left again I told her the nails felt sticky and she told me not to touch them as they need time to set, which I have never heard of that happening before. I left and put my hands in my pocket to get my gloves and the nails were covered in fluff when I took them out. I immediately walked into another nail place who took the stickiness off but eventually they all snapped off and I was left with nothing. I asked for a refund but they offered to re do them instead. I decided I would never go there again. I spent £36 and they didn't last 3 days

I would definitely recommend the sunbeds at Beautique 32, there fast tanning and spotlessly clean, very friendly staff too.. I've tried other sunbeds but these are the best for that bronzed body 🤩

Recommend not to come here for a wax. Use of hot wax was not applied properly and burned me in delicate areas, this was not done properly at all, lots was missed! Instead of re-applying wax, everything was plucked with tweezers (should only be done at end if necessary parts are missed, not to large proportion of remaining hairs on a Hollywood wax!!!) which was extra painful. It’s like I attended a hair plucking session and to be burned by the wax? About half of my hair was still remaining, and I was mildly burned. I told the woman doing this during the session but wasn’t acknowledged. Uncomfortable atmosphere. The whole service seemed careless, and even the cream and oil given to me at the end for my entire wax was rationed to me?? Like girl, I paid you £60 to not do your job properly and then you gave me a sneeze of product to remove the wax you couldn’t be bothered to remove. Also, as a safety concern, there was a needle out of the packet left on the side containing some substance! It was probably used before our session and it was on the same table where the waxing equipment she was using on me was. I just feel this is dangerous. I was left unattended in this room, and this is quite risky. It was not worth the money, save it and go to a decent salon elsewhere!
