Sarah Watchorn Advanced Body & Facial Therapy

Just had my first ever Japanese head spa treatment and all I can say is wow! My hair feels amazing afterwards. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest so went in with an open mind. After a scalp scrub which exfoliates and revitalizes the scalp, this was rinsed off my hair was then shampooed, the cherry blossom products used smelt amazing. It was so relaxing having my head massaged both with the water, and different combs and tools which were used. I was worried as my hair does get knotty when it's washed and thought this might be a problem, but Sarah managed to comb through the Knotty bits. My hair was then conditioned and again massaged and combed through, the feeling of the water from the halo sprinkling on your head is so lovely as it moves backwards and forwards over your hair. Sarah answered any questions I had and always asked if I was OK, if the water temperature was OK and explained what she was doing when I asked. A hair mask was applied and then Sarah covered my hair with some kind of lid but my face was left uncovered and steam was applied and LED lights changed colour around my hair. Afterwards my hair was sprayed with a hair and scalp mist and brushed through. It was so nice I didn't want it to end. I was then given some guidance and tips to maintain the benefits of the treatment like avoid washing hair for 24 hours, skipping intense heat styling and be gentle when brushing my hair. Etc. I did have my shoulders, neck and arms massaged as well but felt so relaxed I'm not sure if I have remembered everything. My hair the day after felt so soft and had a lovely shine to it I'm certainly glad I had this treatment and would highly recommend it.
