Excellent customer service from start to finish having dealt with Robbie regarding the purchase of a used vehicle at Richardson Motor Group in Driffield. I live a fair distance from the dealership, so Robbie talked through the car in great detail, including its full service history and sending a thorough whatsapp video of the car, so I would be satisfied with the condition upon collection. I was more than satisfied, with Robbie also adding a couple of extras that weren't done to clinch a sale (they were given free of charge AFTER I had paid), but simply because he does right by his customers. This was also noticeable as he assisted several customers whilst I was completing the purchase; most notably one elderly chap who had recently purchased a car from him and seemingly had trouble understanding a particular control, which Robbie was more than happy to explain to him. Not only was he professional and courteous throughout the sales process, but speaking to him on a human level you can tell he is a decent honest family man, for which I wish all the best to.
