Most of the staff are very friendly. But it states they do the sills, tyre shine which they don't without asking and without an argument. They need to display their cost sign better, what car constitutes £9.00 and what car constitutes £12.00 my car isn't a 4x4 but because its a Q4 and bigger than the average they charged £12.00
Paid for a gold valet. We returned after two and a half hours and when we got there they suddenly rushed into the car and asked us to wait so I think it was rushed. The quality of the clean is absolutely shocking, there is still dirt everywhere I look in really obvious places as well. I even left the glove box open and the visors down in the hopes they would be cleaned and they wasn’t. The back of the truck was emptied out before taking to the wash however they did not even touch it. And considering it’s a gold valet for vans you would expect they would clean out the back. Took them all of 5 minutes to wash my car. I’d rate as a minus if that was an option. Not a patch on the octopus Hull car wash and they are cheaper!

Tyre shine and inside door should be done everytime and when i asked for it to be done i get sour face from them and get no change so they charge me extra £1 for doing it Rushed service /rip off £10 for half job done If its not ban on usage of water id do it myself
