I went here about my fallen arches, the woman I saw started laughing and said her colleague would find it hysterical as they'd never seen such flat feet. Then they suggested I paid £300 for custom orthotics! I went to see Sam Havler who sorted me some brilliant ones for £40. I found these people rude and patronising and would never recommend them.

Quite astonishing experience today. Having booked in by phone and explained that I needed some treatment for possible plantar fasciitis from the podiatrist, AND had a reminder telephone call a few days ago asking me to arrive a little earlier to fill in a health questionnaire, I arrived at my appointment ( having left my busy public sector job early) to be told ( at reception) that they couldn't help me by a rather confused member of staff who said she didn't do that sort of treatment. I am astonished, annoyed and frustrated at the waste of my time and energy. Couldn't recommend I'm afraid.

Highly recommend. Great foot-care advice from a podiatrist with lots of experience. Honest, helpful advice without a hard-sell approach. I've had foot issues for years and finally feel I can address those issues and move forward.

Best place by far, friendly and thorough, when I first started going I had sore feet and nails that should never be seen outside of my own house. Go regularly now for that feeling of walking on air after my treatment by Heather as someone who is on my feet over 9 hours a day this makes all the difference,a welcome awaits you with Jill, make your way there if you have any foot issues you won't be disappointed. I visit The Health Exchange regularly - every 5 weeks for treatment. Heather is very professional in all aspects of the treatment required and carries out her work to a very high standard. I would recommend Heather to anyone. Very good value for money and a local business which should be supported. Gill on Reception is very helpful and will always assist in changing appointments or arranging them to suit your schedule. I always had the last appointment of the day due to work commitments but this was no problem even if I was a bit late arriving. Top marks for an excellent local service.
