Matt and Nathan came to install a new 18kWh Sigenergy plant for our battery backup, and I am very pleased with the job they did, very professional. Kept me updated on progress, and did a tidy job and cleaned up well after themselves. Great support, before from Mark & Laura, and whilst I haven't needed it so far, Mark offered to help with any questions/support after installation. Will get in touch again with Power Sonic if I need solar/battery work in future.

From the very first email sent to job completion the whole project went very smoothly, I was kept informed every step of the way and all my questions answered. Marc, Mattie and Nathan did a great job of upgrading my existing system. From a single phase 3.68kW Sunsynk system, with panels only on the south roof, to a 3 phase, 15kW Sigenergy system and panels on the north face too; nearly doubling the amount of potential generation. Getting increased export allowance from Northern Powergrid is a welcome bonus, rather than the prior G98 approval, with the really undersized inverter (it should have been a 5kW, but that's nothing to do with Mark), unlocking extra generation and export from the existing panels. Going to be fun to see how it performs going forward, but it's already been surprising how well it's been working over the last couple of weeks. Mark has always been responsive to my (sometimes odd) questions, before, during and after install. Yes it wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. But it's always nice to be able to find a competent, local, family run company who are willing to do a great job. Just need to wait and see how my ASHP performs, and work out whether I need another battery in the near future!

My neighbour was so impressed with the system the family firm, Power Sonic Limited, fitted for him that he insisted that I could not do better than using the company, which I subsequently did. Prior to the installation, communications with Mark and Laura were excellent, questions and queries all being addressed very quickly and far more efficiently than any other company I have dealt with. Consequently, I had no hesitation in signing up with them. And I was not disappointed as, over 4 days, Mark and sons, Mathew and Nathan, fitted a high quality 21-panel solar system with a 16-kWh battery. Because of the layout my roof, fitting so many panels was not straightforward but, with some ingenuity, they managed it exceptionally well. Everything was carried out to a very high standard; the whole system looks great; the panels and all the electrical equipment looking immaculate. The team were all very amiable and fitted easily into our home environment. Not only were they very professional in carrying out the installation, they were also very patient in dealing with all my questions concerning the system installed, about which I was pretty ignorant. Overall, I cannot recommend Mark and his family team more highly.
