I cannot recommend Dan enough! Throughout the entire process he’s been very kind, friendly and upfront about everything. I emailed him about a year ago asking if he could do some welding on an MR2 I was thinking of buying and he was up for the job. He took a look at it and was upfront about all the work that needed doing to get it properly sorted and back on the road. Whilst he was welding it daily updates were always a treat to see what was going on. From rebuilding completely lost rear pockets, redoing previous repairs to replacing the both sils the quality was always top notch and you can see the pride he puts into his work. All I can say is thank you and if you need any welding / restoration work done Dan is the man!

My E39 Touring needed attention around the rear sills/jacking points and Dan came highly rated on the owners’ club. Dan is a class act - upfront and transparent on costs, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the quality of the repairs speak for themselves. Used Dan at DST for years on around 4 of my rusty impulse buys over the years from getting my rusty old Mk3 Astra welded on his Driveway around 10 years ago to most recently my 540i E39 rear sills repaired at the Driffield unit. Work is always 2nd to none and communication is top notch (Very important with this type of work) there isn't many places that can make a full rear sill and jacking point replacement completely invisible ready for paint. He can make his own OEM spec repair panels on site which these days is virtually unheard of. It’s also nice to see someone takes great pride in his work throughout and you can really tell. VWT4 1.9TD (dorothy) Welded inner/outer sills, inner/outer front arches, rear outer os arch plus jacking points on my t4. Work done to a very, very high standard. Dan kept me updated daily, the price was what was quoted (much cheaper than I expected). Provided plenty of photos and kept me upto date, daily. Would definitely recommend to everyone....ta

Highly recommend Dan at DST Rustoworx. There are not many places that were interested in taking on the job of putting right the bodged repairs on this golf or that gave me the confidence they could to do so to a decent standard. After speaking to Dan and seeing his work it was clear that he is somone who takes genuine pride in his work and the business that he has created. He is a skilled fabricator, knowledgable and a down to earth chap that gives clear communication and is transparent about the work being carried out from start to end. This was a butchered bodyshell but Dan unpicked all of the previous repairs, replacing everything from sills to full inner arches and quarter panels. Missing sections were fabricated to replicate original with all the pressed features recreated, no detail too small. If anyone needs resto or repair work go to Dan at DST Rustoworx
