Been here twice and it's a nice salon experience. My first cut was done my a lovely lady whose name I can't remember but it was great, my second by Mark was not. After getting home following my straightforward cut (blunt, no layers) there were so many uneven lengths I had to neaten up myself. He was nice but talked too much and clearly didn't concentrate enough on the job at hand.

I am never disappointed after leaving here. I do not have exciting hair, its got shorter over the years and iust now collar length fine and nothing can be done with it but Pam , the young woman who looks after e and has done since 2016, always takes time to listen.. a rare skill I have experienced.. and does a fantastic job. It is never damaged with the colour and the cut looks perfect. Text reminders prior to the appointment are really helpful as I am all over week to week. I book 3 x 6 weeks in and update on a rolling basis. Her other colleagues are always really pleasant and even remember my name when I walk in. They make a great tea or coffee (or accommodate my herbal tea bags) and I get treated to a lovely biscuit too.

Had a wash , cut and blow dry with Pam .best cut and finish I’ve had in the past 5 years . Absolutely perfect , and as a hair experience should be . Definitely found my hairdresser for the future .

Had an amazing cut and colour here by Alex & Claudia. The blend of blondes used looks incredible and compliments my natural colour. I also picked up some of the recommended milkshake hair products which have been fab.

This is the first time I’ve been to M J Hair. They’re absolutely top notch and I would highly recommend this salon. I’m really really REALLY pleased I’ve found an excellent stylist in Pam who highlighted my hair too and I came out of there feeling fabby! Excellent salon, great staff and brilliant results!
