Wow, an excellent service. I went due to a feeling something was in my ear which had troubled me for a couple of weeks. No home remedy had eased the issue. Di was happy to assist. Due to no one else being seen at the time I was immediately taken into a consulting room where she looked in both ears and reassured me. Her advice was to see my GP due to other symptoms. Di was friendly and professional throughout. A definite go to service for any hearing issues.

Excellent service who made my absolute day having gone into the appointment with very little hearing to coming out with my hearing restored. The service is also really flexible and accommodating too as I asked if my appointment could be brought forward as I could not bear how I was feeling and this was done for me no problem which I was extremely grateful for. I had cause to visit the shop as one of the rubber gromits attached to my hearing aid had come of in my ear and was trapped inside. The lady who dealt with my probem was extremely competent and very helpful, and after some time and determination managed to remove the offending problem. Many thanks indeed.

Well from start to finish the service and the girls were fantastic. In fact they went above and beyond to resolve my hearing issues. I have no hesitation in going back regularly to keep an eye things. Highly recommended Thank you ladies.
