Just attended Acute Respiratory Clinic for the second time this week,this time with my brother who had the same problems. Dr was great,straight to the point but very thorough. Would definitely recommend if you are given the option
I visited the Opthalmic dept last week Thursday the 24th July 2025. Wonderful service as is the Audiology Dept whom I see once a year, plus I have had to attend Respiritory Clinic due to having Asthma. Please don’t ever think of closing this fantastic place.
Had reason to visit to see consultant who had operated on me for a knee replace in November last year. The place was lovely and clean, staff polite and attentive and i was seen very quickly. Alfred Bean is a credit to the NHS, and its nice to give credit where credit is due when the service is receiving so much bad press in the media. Give up the good work, best wishes to all staff who do a fantastic job in such difficult times. Thank you very much.
A great local resource and very well thought of. However, not a general hospital.
A brilliant facility for thus rural location. A boon to residents and sports clubs.
