Golden nails & spa

I've been here a couple of times but I don't think I'll be going back. Twice now I've found one of the staff quite rude. I don't like complaining but when they are taking your money and providing a service I feel it should be said. The first visit fine no issues although I didn't realise they were cash only so had to pop over the road to a machine. 2nd visit I wanted just a natural pink gel the lady seemed to find this annoying and didnt give me any options , walked off and a man took over. I noticed another customer who went to pay was given online payment details ? Yet I had to pay cash ? 3rd visit I wanted white tips with a pink glitter base apparently they didnt have this ? Weird when they have so much choice on view. They also rake the nail files really harshly back and forth when filing. My nails were bendy afterwards which is worrying. So unfortunately I won't be going back here.

Great service friendly staff who are skilled at their craft. Very very happy with how my nails turned out

Absolutely LOVE this place! My nails always come out exactly how I ask and they check I’m happy with them at every step which not many salons I’ve been to do. (They also offer drinks and a cup of tea will always go down well in my books 😍) Spur of the moment decision for a manicure today too…and oh my days was it worth it! Completely transformed my feet! They’ve never been so soft 🤩 and the chair’s give a back massage at the same time! They’re colours are also absolutely gorgeous 😍😍 10/10 in my opinion and would definitely recommend! 🧡

Nice people but always in a hurry and my nails are never dry. Shellac always peeling off. When you ask staff to fix something they get annoyed. The price doesn't match the quality of service provided.

Had my nails done here twice now and been satisfied both times, nails last much longer than the other places I’ve been to and the people are lovely even offered me a cuppa. My new favourite nail salon
