LloydsPharmacy

My prescription is automatically sent to Lloyds and they send a text message when it's ready for collection which is brilliant. What is not so brilliant is that 3 out of the last 4 times I have been to collect it I have been told I can't have it because the pharmacist isn't on site. Sort your selves out, people can't keep coming back and forth willy nilly. Either it's available or it isn't.

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional asking me what my prescription is in front of other people when it's a private prescription. When I handed a prescription in they said come back and when returning they didn't even have it ready, or couldn't find the prescription.

The worst chemist I've been unlucky enough to have the misfortune to have to get my repeat prescription from... appalling...lived here almost a year.. repeat prescription hasn't been got right once yet.... been on the same medication for over 10 years and with a number of different areas..never had this trouble before

The Service and attitude at this Pharmacy is appalling. I have spent most of my life in Marketing and as a CEO would never have tolerated such abysmal attitudes from employees towards their customers who indirectly pay their salaries and maintain their employment. It must be an easy living. During my time in the pharmaceutical industry I had the pleasure of knowing Mr Lloyd personally, he would be equally appalled by what can only be described as mediocre service to the public.

Not impressed with how Lloyd’s Chemist, Driffield are dealing with prescriptions at all. Bloody ridiculous! I waited in a queue (2 metres apart), outside the shop for around 45 mins, to then go into the the shop (no more than 2 at a time), that’s fine, to then hand my 4 pages of prescriptions over, to be told I’ll have to get back in the queue tomorrow afternoon, so I can pick them up! I explained that waiting today had left me in excruciating pain, to be told, “well I can’t do anything about that, you’ll just have to come back tomorrow!” This was the second time someone’s tried to get my medication! WTH!!!! Why doesn’t someone (there’s already someone stood at the door) take the prescriptions from you & then hand so many in at a time, rather than queues of people waiting outside, only to come back tomorrow to do it all over again! That’s doubling it up which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! PATHETIC!!!
