Tesco Pharmacy

I was struggling to get a repeat prescription and honestly the pharmacist who served me was quite rude to me. I understand the pressures of the job but I was repeatedly told to call 111 to get an emergency prescription even though I didn’t feel comfortable calling 111 since I was not in an emergency and I had my prescription approved by my GP - which they could see. I just wish they had explained the situation to me better instead of just rolling their eyes at me repeatedly.

Fantastic service, tablets always correct and on time. The staff work so hard n are so obliging. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you. Barry

Staff refuse to talk to you if on their lunch. (Which they all go on at the same time). My child was in desperate need of some antihistamines as he is severely allergic to egg and peanut; when I asked where in the shop I could find antihistamines, I was ignored by all chemist staff and told by another member of staff that they would not talk to me until their lunch was over at 2pm!

Great service. I put in a very late request for a repeat prescription from my GP and Tesco pharmacy were happy to get it ready for me to collect today. Such a relief! Thank you.
