Got Steve back again today, 22 January, to fit the new kitchen sink and taps, completed another excellent job and left things very clean and tidy. No hesitation in using Steve again and highly recommend him. Steve called yesterday (7 January) to fix a leak to the feed pipe to a toilet cistern and flush pipe and fix a seized water stop valve, very professional and courteous. Planning to use them again with a new kitchen sink and taps. Excellent sevice, very pleased.

Steve fitted a new tap for the kitchen sink. Very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to advise. He explained what he had to do and did it promptly without fuss. Money well spent and he left me confident that the job had been done well. He'll be the first I call if I need a plumber again in the future.

Our electric shower wouldn’t turn off even though the power to it was turned off . I rang Steve and he told me what to do until he could get to us. In spite of a heavy workload, Steve found the time to come and fit a new shower the very next day. He did a great job, left the bathroom immaculate and did it for a great price. Steve took the time to explain how to get the best out of the new shower and made sure that we were familiar with the operation. This is the first time that we have needed a plumber and chose Steve at random. How lucky is that? We can’t praise him enough and if you need a plumber then you can’t go wrong with Steve Rugg. C

Steve is a super lovely and helpful guy, I spoke to him on the phone about a weird plumbing problem and he was incredibly kind to talk me through what he thought was going on. I'll be sure to contact him again when we have a plumbing job to do.
