Parcel due to be delivered today. Email said by 220. Then after midday it was changed to ‘by 645pm’ . Delivery attempted at 618pm. I wasn’t in, but had arranged for it to be delivered to my neighbour. This wasn’t even attempted. Both myself and my neighbour have video doorbells. This is a refrigerated item. Rubbish service Royal Mail.
Absolute disgusting service from the worst depot in the uk. I have waited 10 days for a very small registered pkg to be delivered from driffield to doncaster. Posted on the 4th Nov 2024 it's now the 14th and I'm still waiting. Whoever runs this abysmal outfit should be booted out on his ar... what a total joke they should be ashamed
Absolutely abysmal can’t read simple instructions like deliver to postoffice even after being escalated And have opening time suitable for any working person
Poor hours for collection , coupled with posties who mess around with deliveries - this week I've had a card through the door claiming a missed delivery and I was in, then the next day the delivery didn't happen because apparently the address was unreadable abandoned so the item was being returned ( on the tracking) and then, today another redelivery I missed when previously the item was bejng reurned (I was at hospital) - I thought the address was unreadable. Can't be bothered comes to mind.
Very helpful staff, but limited opening hours.
