The Aldgate Veterinary Practice is a place where we have always taken our Pussy- Cats for years. We have always been impressed by their expertise and professionalism ,and their kind and supportive help, and love of their work. The pussies have always been totally happy and relaxed there. I recommend them 100%. MLS.
Excellent, always feel reassured. Think it was Amanda in reception and on the phone, always lovely, helpful and empathic. Appointment with Kirsty and Lucy, both excellent and reassuring , offered follow up appointments with timescales. Very helpful knowing l could ring 24/7 if required, luckily medication worked and back to healthy, happy boy! Getting an appointment in good time. Experienced vet and lovely lady in reception.
You sured us care and compassion with the care of our little Honey Tink you have given us good advice and was very helpful with what you said to us All the staff on ur front desk are so lovely and kind and always recognise Honey when she comes to see you all at Driffield and always comment on her harnesses and bows and how cute she looks What I appreciated most is the care and attention to our Honey tink you are always their on the end of the phone if we need you thank you to all of your team ❤️
Exceptional care as always. There is a lady Kate a vet nurse who does weight clinic. We got signed off from seeing her and when we were in for another appointment with the vet she popped out to see Milo and congratulate him on losing more weight :) What I appreciated most is how polite staff are and how they all work well together. Milo loves going for all the attention :)
Excellent Veterinary service. Staff make you welcome and high standard of care is given to my Great Dane, Nancy who suffers with Arthritis at 8.3 years old.
