Amazing customer service was experienced today, as Kate the Vet went above and beyond our expectations to fit us in at short notice and was very reassuring and informative throughout the consultation. All the staff including the reception and the nurse were extremely professional, caring and empathetic to our needs. We had an excellent experience and we highly recommend this practice. Thank you for all your care and compassion today, it is very much appreciated.
My dog is under the vaccination for life scheme. We have been very happy with this practice from the beginning. My dog is now almost 8 years old. He has some health issues and the vet is very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Excellent practice, very clean and all staff lovely and very helpful. And it's not just a job to them, they all have a love for every animal that walks through the door.
What a fabulous practice ! We recently went to another vets for one visit only and found them un-satisfactory - mainly focused on gaining lots of money from us. So we swapped to Bridge Street vets immediately, and they couldn't be more different!! We got a lovely friendly greeting on arrival. The building is clean, tidy & comfortable. The vet we saw was very friendly, kind, thorough and extremely knowledge. We feel reassured that we have found a trustworthy Vets practice at a time when our old dog is getting frailer. The whole approach was so different - putting our dog Ruby first before making money. Thank you to all staff who contribute to making this a lovely practice !! 😁
George (my cat) has been under bridge street almost 5 years and trust me they have seen alot of him over the years. They have ALWAYS been fab with him and everyone there is just so lovely. A massive thankyou to you all xx
