No organisation of stock, by colour and/or size makes it impossible to shop, for me. I love charity shops but not the one, sorry.

Fantastic charity shop in driffield. One of the best! I have been a volunteer here. Very kind volunteers work here - nice to meet new and old customers. Excellent bargains in the shop. Heart out to the new shop manager taking over so much better then before. Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely fantastic charity shop, I sorted out my entire wardrobe for winter along with getting a few home bits, had a chat with the manager, who was so bloody lovely, all the staff were great, really friendly and approachable, a fantastic store and I look forward to visiting again.

My wife bought 2 tops for our daughter they didn’t fit ,she took them back couldn’t find receipt and the manager butted in very rudely and raised her voice .my wife was very upset she couldn’t find receipt and the manager made her feel belittled and refused to give her a refund .Then our daughter found the receipt and we got a refund but no apology .I think the lady in question should learn some manners !!! Especially to people who support this shop which we always have !!!

I wanted to purchase a large framed print today (Friday 7th July) and asked if I could pay for it immediately and pick it up on Monday as I didn't have any transport until then. I was told by the manager that I couldn't do this as it might get thrown away and would be in the way!? The lovely chap who works there asked me what the date on it was, and she snapped back that this was irrelevant! It had been on sale since May 19th so I couldn't really see that having it in the shop for one extra day was going to hurt anyone! I have bought many items over the years from this charity shop, even a lovely set of drawers for £60, and have usually had lovely interactions with the staff when the previous manager was in charge. I was really taken back at how someone could be so unkind and uncharitable and I was quite upset at being spoken to in such a harsh way when all I wanted to do was buy a lovely picture and donate to charity. I will not be visiting this branch again.
