Fantastic service by Chris I was looking for an e-reader which is not something they normally stock. He had one donated and said I could take it if I could use it. I made a donation to St Catherine's as a way of helping me. Thanks again for going over and above this shop is a little gem in town and always willing to help.

Popped in for a couple of bits for my son's gaming PC, which we were upgrading. Had what we needed in stock and was really helpful on the phone and in person. Took the time to ask my 9yr old about his PC, will definitely use again!

Brilliant extremely informative concise and great service time after time, upgraded one of my laptops brilliantly!, and fixed another laptop in a timely manor very polite and always on hand cannot fault this company at all, highly recommend

I bought a refurbished laptop from them which started having issues after a few weeks. Unfortunately the laptop had issues which they couldn't fix (despite them trying, for free) but they accepted it back for a full refund without any hesitation. I instead grabbed a different model off the shelf and I've been using it for months without any issues at all. Would highly recommend these guys.
