Vape Driffield

I don't generally leave reviews, but the young man behind the counter this morning was incredibly helpful, and very patient with me as I don't know much about e-cigarettes, but explained everything concisely. I didn't feel under pressure at all here, like you do in some other shops. This shop is very well stocked and an asset to Driffield. I'm from Oxford and popped in whilst I was visiting my Dad. Great shop, wish it was in Oxford though!

Great little shop. The folks are always friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. PLUS my ancient kit finally gave up the ghost last weekend so I popped in and bought new gear (DragX👍👍👍) and a spare pod. Within days I realised I'd bought the wrong spare & should've got the bigger pod. Wondered if they'd swap. As it happened I got an off the cuff chance to pop in but didn't have the wrong one with me. When I went to pay for the new one the bloke said "nah, just drop the other one in next time you're passing" a touch of old skool human trust in a troubled world. Nice.

Always friendly & super helpful. Sadly last couple of times has had ‘back in 5 minutes’ on door - 15 minutes later still closed - such a shame as they are so good, but having made a special trip was slightly miffed!!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble and no question too stupid! Can't recommend these guys enough. Well done, certainly a service too be proud of!
