A lovely little gem of a place! The room was very comfotable nicely decorated and supplied a fan as well as all expected amenities. I loved the free toiletries selection and having a bath as well as the power shower was a welcome bonus! Sarah-Jane and Chef both friendly excellent service and warm welcome and delicious breakfast. Safe parking nearby only £2.50 for 24hrs and ideal for shopping too! Would highly recommend Forty One
First time coming to Driffield as we were going to Dumble Farm the following day and my partner booked us in here. To be fair, when we go for a night away, we tend to follow the same itinerary: nice room, Indian for dinner and out for drinks and this place perfectly ticked all the boxes! The best Indian in Driffield (as recommended by a senior member of staff here should you want an alternative to Forty One’s food offering), and opposite the local Wetherspoons! There is parking at the end of the side street which is great value at £2.80 for 24 hrs. Room was clean and tidy with everything you’d need/expect. Breakfast is served from 08.00 in the morning and all round, we were impressed and satisfied with the service we received. Bar lady/manager is very bubbly and friendly and made to feel at home. So if you’re considering stopping over in Driffield, I’d definitely give these guys a shot! Update: came again to Forty One and stayed in room 7. Again the room was spotless and lovely! I had one night at the hotel and it was lovely. Warm reception from staff at check in. Small but very clean room with excellent bathroom. Slept well and had a wonderful full English for breakfast which was cooked beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use them again soon.
Such a wonderful stay! The room was absolutely amazing, we didn’t want to leave. The service we received was fantastic, the lady who checked us in was great! Thanks for having us! 🥰
I've had dinner here twice and the food was incredible. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the quality of everything was great. Plus the staff are friendly and everything was clean.
