Great equipment however in the winter it's absolutely freezing in there! There's no heating whatsoever so the risk of injury is HIGH, and gripping freezing cold dumbells / barbells is actually painful. In the hot weather on the other hand, the gym heats up to the point of feeling faint, with only one fan covering the whole area and no other ventilation in place. Taps in the ladies' loo have not been working properly for over a year so unfortunately you can't really wash your hands properly. No equipment cleaning sprays or paper towels around the gym (currently there's a table at the entrance with dirty, reusable cloths available that I don't dare touching)... Reported many times but management not interested.

Lots of racks and weights, plenty of helpful staff. The gym is in a large industrial building which is quite cold in winter but haven’t found it a problem once you start your workout. I have found they have a 7 time pass for £30 which I think is reasonable and means you have more flexibility. They also have physiotherapists on site which I have also found excellent. I have not used the classes.

I joined Driff health hub back in April this year having just moved to the area. From my first induction from Rob I could tell it was going to be a great place to train. The induction was actually a talk about your plans in the gym and what you want to achieve and how to get there, opposed to the standard ten minute walk around showing you the equipment. All of the staff at the gym are willing to help and it's always a good atmosphere with other gym members, in a place that feels like there's no egos or people judging what you're doing. I've attended various gyms but the health hub is the first gym where I've actually attended the classes as I know the staff plan the lessons and they're always well structured. I'd recommended the heath hub regardless of your fitness level, I've personally felt my gym confidence grow since becoming a member and now actually enjoy training again.
