LOVE Katy’s classes!! Each session is different and is always fun, we always have such a laugh! This is the most consistent I have ever been at keeping up any kind of fitness, I can tell the difference in my strength from when I started to where I am now. Katy is a great instructor and I always look forward to coming to the sessions and love that the classes are outdoor in the fresh air…no matter what the weather is!
Katy is absolutely amazing. She has made me enjoy exercise. Always look forward to Katy’s classes, she changes it up every week and we’re always doing new fun things. I couldn’t recommend Katy’s classes highly enough!
I love my classes with Katy! I never dread going as with so many other exercise classes I have tried. Week after week every session is different, always challenging and always fun, and being outdoors in the fresh air makes it even better. Even when it’s freezing we never stay cold for long!
I LOVE Katys classes!!! There is so much variety between the classes, you never know what's coming next! I really supportive group of people make it much more enjoyable too. I always leave the class feeling much better!
I never did any kind of fitness prior to starting zoom sessions with Katy at KT fitness. I started with one day a week and found the sessions did so much for my mental well-being aswel as helping my physical health. I have always been a person that struggles to get out of bed in morning and loves that extra snooze on the alarm… however now I find I am eager to get up to do these sessions with Katy and now find myself doing 4 out of her 5 sessions. Katy makes you feel so comfortable and offers adjustments to alternative options if needed for an individual and always informs you what the exercise is doing to the parts of the body! I wouldn’t be without these sessions now! Thanks Katy.
