Hatfield Chapels

Absolutely stunning renovated Methodist chapel turned into a holiday let. Stayed behind the green door over Christmas. When we arrived there was a Christmas treat package on the table for us - wonderful extra! The chapel was warm and cosy despite the cold weather outside - Just get the log fire burning and you're set for the night! Both rooms had beautiful en-suite's and there was a downstairs toilet too. Each bedroom looks down onto the living area with a large glass wall area, these also allow you to see the stained glass windows from your bedroom. I could enthuse about the chapel forever. If you get the chance, visit. We didn't want to leave. You're out in the middle of nowhere and the locals in the village are very friendly. 100% would visit again.

Very nice accommodation well appointed The only downside we found with one of our party being physically disabled the stairs could do with an additional handrail and the sofa a little low requiring assistance getting up

Great place to stay. Warm and comfortable. Good for exploring the area.
