So nearly a perfect 5! Lovely food (full English sampled), lovely coffee, great service, reasonable prices, all good. Only two minor niggles: - Good grief my chair was uncomfortable after 20 minutes. They’re a bit like old school chairs, which were fine when you were a small flexible child, but less so when you’re a creaky older bloke with a cantankerous spine. - If the black pudding slice had been any thinner, I could have read my newspaper through it. If I’d had a newspaper. Other than that - really good!
Have been a few times and always had a great experience with food and service. Would definitely recommend booking as it is often very busy! They have great specials as pictured and we both had from the specials menu!
Booked a table for one of their bistro nights. Did not disappoint! Great cooking and attention to detail.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We have dined here 3 times now and each time has been perfect. The food is phenomenal and top standard, like what you would find in a top end restaurant! The staff are so lovely and attentive and the atmosphere is spot on. We will absolutely be coming here again. Thank you so much! 100% recommend.
Love S17. Service is always great, food is the best around, always fresh, tasty and great ingredients and presented beautifully. Coffee is great. Decor and ambiance is really nice too. A great to hang out with friends, take the kids or for a work meeting. You need to book a table to guarantee at busy times but this is a sign of how good it is.
