A fabulous quirky place to eat, whether that be coffee/tea and cake, or something more substantial. The menu is extensive and there are plenty of fabulous drinks to choose from, it’s licensed too. An eatery that celebrates all things ‘Sheffield’. The food is excellent, we can recommend the Eggs Florentine and Eggs Benedict, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are just THE BEST, nothing is too much trouble for them. It was a joy to be there, we’ll be back.

Came in for a drink and some food and ordered from the Sunday lunch menu. I asked for a child’s portion of the Sunday dinner as I didn’t want a full one and didn’t want to waste food. The order was taken with no issues, but what arrived was just a bowl of sliced beef and nothing else. When I questioned it, I was told I’d ordered a “kids portion of beef” (I hadn’t). I asked again for the actual child’s Sunday dinner I’d ordered, but the chefs refused to make it, saying they don’t serve children’s meals to adults. I explained I didn’t want a full plate and simply didn’t want to waste food, but was told my only option was a sandwich. The beef was then taken away with no refund offered. I later had to ask for it back as it had been paid for, and eventually it reappeared with a dish of gravy “as an apology.” By this point, the kitchen had closed so it feels that they just didn’t want to make a new plate. The whole thing was handled really poorly. Slow food service, no flexibility, and a disregard for customer experience. More importantly, in a time where we’re all encouraged to be mindful of food waste, refusing to serve a smaller portion to someone who genuinely doesn’t want to over-order feels tone-deaf. It all ended up feeling more like a bad comedy sketch than a meal out. Sadly, we won’t be back any time soon for food.

Went in for breakfast and coffee. The coffee place Arlo is amazing. Great service and coffee. Ordered avocado and toast with an extra poached egg. It was really bad! One lousy piece of a small sourdough slice. Avocado was almost runny not smashed at all. Tasted like they had almost added something to it to bulk it up. One lousy poached egg. Had a topping of pickled onion but it was just too much onion for one egg and some sun-dried tomatoes. For a tenner portion size was so small. And it was not even nice. Would definitely go back for coffee and atmosphere but not for the Graze.

Great find on a hungry morning in Sheffield. I really enjoyed the decor which was OTT neon and art, but tied into the local town brilliantly with local artifacts and stories. The place was like a box park with several stations with different bits on sale. We had a lovely coffee from Arlo's, which also sold some very tasting looking cakes, sandwiches that Tony Soprano would be happy to have, and Kronuts. Then we popped across the floor to Graze and grabbed a lovely concoction of hash brown, cheese, and bacon- topped with a perfectly cooked egg. My wife had eggs florintine- both delicious. The atmosphere was buzzing- great to see a local enjoying a breakfast pint (it was derby day after all!), and a good buzz and friendly staff- you can tell it's a great place that locals value. Would definately recommend if you are in the area.
