Absolutely brilliant service, Vanessa was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and she made an excellent job of cleaning my very dedicate outfit. Going back with another delicate outfit. They also cleaned a double duvet beautifully. Thank you everyone, I would definitely recommend Meadowhead branch.

I went into the shop as my washer at home had broken on my return from holiday. I was able to drop all my laundry off the following morning and collected the same day. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. On collection I was pleasantly surprised to have it also neatly folded. Well done ladies, definately recommend

Completely incompetent service from Meadowhead dry cleaners. We took 5 items in, one came back damaged beyond repair which they've refused to take responsibility for - this was a hand wash item, nothing was said about the damage when collecting and it's not exactly shein quality so I wouldn't expect such damage to occur if handled correctly. One item was taken in specifically for a grease stain, again, nothing was said on collection but this item remains unwearable. Another item was taken in as specialist cleaning - a sheep wool coat - this had a note on collection that they could not clean it further as it would lead to colour loss, the main reason for taking it in was to remove the mark on the back which is still there. That is perhaps the most understandable occurrence but still no offer of apology or verbal acknowledgment was given when we went in to collect. The other two items thankfully seem to be undamaged. To offer a service, not complete it adequately, and then dismiss the concerns, offer no partial refund (my total came to £61 so not cheap) or even a simple apology at any point is disgusting. I highly recommend not using this company. They are incompetent and dishonest.

Handed over 3 large bags of laundry, but was only given 2 back. I questioned it on receipt, but was told everything was there and it just looked smaller due to folding. When unpacking we realised a substantial amount both physically and financially were missing including irreplaceable items. Went to the establishment first thing the next morning and was met with unnecessary rudeness and dismissive behaviour. The woman at the counter refused to check, saying there simply could not have been a mistake made by them and stated there was “no proof” we handed over more. Only when another staff member overheard and asked my name was the missing bag, still with my tag on it, miraculously found. Completely unprofessional service. I dread to think what would’ve happened if that second lady hadn’t stepped in. Rude and no accountability. AVOID.

Very helpful, let me use tumble dryers on this wet day. £4.50 for a load.
