I can’t recommend letwise enough! From the viewing of the property to the application process, communication has been perfect. Me and my partner had an issue with our proposed move in date. Both Di and Mark helped solve this issue within hours! They’re amazing, and really understanding. Great communication between themselves and landlord. Really appreciate their help. The best experience I’ve had with a letting agency so far.

I used Letwise to rent my house. I found Di and Mark to be very approachable, helpful and friendly. Paperwork was easy to understand and complete. I was very happy with the photographs Mark took of my house and how he advertised it. The house was rented very quickly. Letwise also helped arrange for any property maintenance required at a reasonable cost and ensured the work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Excellent company and I would certainly use them again.

Have been very helpful in helping me get a property. Communication has been amazing throughout and always being respectful and polite. The manager mark has been very proactive in filling any paperwork needed to help me move in fast. Very professional and always willing to answer any questions I had regarding the property. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to rent, they have been very helpful throughout the whole process.

Very happy as a current tenant in a Letwise property - myself and my housemate had a trouble free move into our property in May and everything has run smoothly since. We had an issue with our shower last week and Letwise sent their maintenance team out straight away to take a look - polite and friendly guys, and within days we've had a gutter repair and a whole new shower fitted. Having a local, contactable letting agent means problems can be resolved quickly and without stress - we recommend!

Incredible service so far from Letwise. They have a very friendly and proactive team, bridging the gap between tenant and landlord in such a superb manor. Thanks so much especially to Di and Mark for their great service since we moved into our property last week.
