10/10 experience with katie, did a fantastic job with colour and cut! can never go wrong she always does amazing

Had blonde and burgundy highlights , after 3 days the burgundy had nearly all come out , went back got told it was my fault as I didn't use a colour block shampoo noone told me to use this or I would have , if your a self employed hairdresser and the customer is not happy with the job done its down to you to put it right what you dont do is blame the customer, Katie the hairdresser refused to put it right as she said the colour will come out ( not after 1 wash though ) worst hairdresser ever , and I've also heard she's not very good since I've been alot of people mentioned her by name saying she's no good , it cost quite alot of money shes not willing to put it right and got told would have to pay again shocking service and aftercare , do not go to this hairdressers absolutely terrible

Katie has the worst customer service in the whole of hairdressers I've had she very nasty abrupt has no manners had my full head off hair highlights she only did half off my head I asked for a cut too she didn't cut enough off my hair she went in to a Huff while cutting more off worse hairdresser going she's very very unfriendly DONT GO THERE

Ive only been coming to this hairdresser for a few times but the lady who cuts my hair is lovely and makes my experience really enjoyable! Lovely hairdressers

Always a joy to visit this salon, which I have been doing for years. Such friendly girls and expert professional hairdressers. Would certainly recommend to anyone. All the very best to Charlotte on her forthcoming marriage to Daniel at the end of the month.
