Rude, aggressive domineering female staff member who insisted in defending a horrible policy that could result in customers paying for the previous person's petrol. I've never had any issues at other petrol stations and staff are much nicer than here. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Ran out of unleaded a few days ago, yet still showing a cheap price on display board! PetrolPrices app also showed cheap price “updated by owner” only a few hours earlier. Yet no fuel! Change your screen to show 999.9 when you have no fuel please, or turn it off! wasted my time queuing in the chaos only to find no unleaded.

The air pump is still not working here. This is my fourth attempt to try to inflate my tyres the last 2 after filling up with fuel. I reported this on the customer service line, the operator said she would fill out a complaint form. This is such poor customer service and has been ongoing for months. You're offering a service which is never available. I have now decided to to use another garage in future. .

Always fill up here and have done for years and love that I can collect my nectar points which add up in no time. Friendly staff and a pleasant experience on every visit I’ve made to This petrol station.
