I had a prescription that needed to be filled today as I’m flying out tomorrow. The kind staff got my prescription ready in record time. Great service as always.

There’s always an issue when I go to this pharmacy. I no longer collect a prescription from here as it was never received when I would attend, despite the fact that my GP surgery was adamant they had sent it. This happened 3/4 times before I gave up. I hadn’t been there for a while until I booked to have my flu jab. I rushed after work to get there, only to find that the Pharmacist had apparently had to leave for an emergency. The staff were apologetic, but there always seems to be an issue here. I’ve learnt my lesson not to go back again!

Nowhere near as efficient as it used to be at this branch. The pharmacist was condescending when he spoke to me and not very helpful. Staff used to be much more pleasant here. Changed to the Greendale branch for my regular prescription- what a difference helpful friendly courteous and very professional.

Absolutely disgusting service from this rapidly declining pharmacy. Extremely unhelpful, and instead of coming to the counter to speak to me, the female pharmacist (I assume) thought it was fine to start a slanging match across the whole room in front of waiting customers. It is NOT my fault that you are running a day behind when the order was put in 8 days ago. It is NOT my fault that you didn’t let me know that you couldn’t source the 40mg tablets that you always give me every month, or that you couldn’t let me know I needed to make other arrangements instead of being left with no medication over the weekend. It is NOT my fault that you refuse to give me 20mg tablets instead (as you have done before) claiming that you’re legally not allowed to do that (all of a sudden!). But most of all, it is NOT my fault that you have a disgusting attitude and condescending tone when you’re patronising and belittling your customers. Many people have told me what bad service they’ve received here, and as I’ve used you for years and not had a problem I disagreed, but now that all the old staff have left (mainly due to poor working conditions) the service has indeed massively deteriorated with the change of staff. I’m sure you will not be in the least bit perturbed to know that you now have one less patient to deal with in future.

Avoid this pharmacy. Needed advice about my eye problem, pharmacist unwilling to even look in my direction, eventually glanced at me from 2m away through grubby glass. Tried to make me buy TWO tubes of identical cream one for each eye and sold me eyewash which was 3 times the price eye wash should be as well as half the Quantity. All the staff were off hand and rude.
