I normally use Bocking lane, but just changed address. My 1st use of the pharmacy was a shambles, the clerk stood at the back of the pharmacy bit shouting out my personal details when she came forward I said and my shoe size is, there were others in the shop. The 2nd time I sent my sister as I was in work. Now this time I go at around 1.15 only to be told that they can't give me my prescription as the pharmacist is not there..what ' you've got all my details, why can't I have them' she repeated the same. I asked had they been made up, she checked and returned saying they weren't ready as they needed 48hrs notice...the same clerk repeadly asked me my name for the spelling and despite me saying it was ok she got upperty with me, at which point I asked for the prescription to be sent to Bocking lane, she said she'd print it off, at which point another clerk shouted across that they weren't allowed to do that and that I'd need to take it to them..perhaps you had to be there, but it was the general attitude of both clerks almost happy that I found myself in this situation. I left thinking I'd never use them again, despite them being closer to home.. I was quite upset by the whole thing that I read the reviews on them, only to find quite a few negative ones, with 'stock' responses and empty promises as it seems that I'm not the only one to have found their attune to be upsetting... Rowland you need to buck your ideas up as people have more choice these days and are less tolerant of shoddy customer service. I won't be going back again

Staff here are l friendly and sociable. Never had any problems myself with the ladies at this pharmacy. Whether it's a conversation about medication or treat ment provided by a GP or just some OTC advise/products. All staff here make you feel comfortable and at ease whilst inside the pharmacy.

What a sham this place is. I have a monthly prescription and the chemist always takes between 4 days to a week before my meds are there which is really poor I went in today to collect 2 months worth of prescriptions and I was told that the first one wasn’t there and it had been collected already. This is not true so in short the chemist had claimed the money from the nhs and not provided me with my meds. I would advise anyone who uses this chemist to look elsewhere as as the service is terrible. We should all make a stand and use meadowhead or Greenhill pharmacies who provide a much better service. They will not be getting anything from me anymore and I will inform everyone I know to boycott this sad excuse for a public service. Please let’s get rid of the current chemist who doesn’t deserve the privileges he thinks he deserves. What a waste of space.

Pharmacist late. Failed to open at 9am. Staff did not explain this until I knocked on the door. Comes strolling up at 0905. No concern. Told me to complain. Joke. 0907 before I get the prescription they had failed to prepare for my wife earlier in the week.
