Greenhill Post Office

Super helpful despite the recent closure of the main post office! The staff are all helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable

Went in today to buy a padded envelope. There was one big one, which was too big for my use. I looked around and saw very little stationery or anything you might find a post office might supply. Not really serving the community is it.

Very rude boy behind shop counter. I have never used this post office counter. On entry I saw the post office sign along side a normal counter with 1 queue which I joined. When I got to the front he told me this wasn’t the post office counter it was through the arch at back of the shop. I joined a long queue for the counter. Then he came round and asked the guy in front if he wanted to go to his counter at front of shop then asked me too. I said ‘you mean the queue you just made me come away from?’ He said loudly well it’s up to you you can stay in that one if you want! When I got to the front again, I said I wasn’t being funny but I had never used this post office before so wasn’t aware there was a separate counter at the back, he again said loudly ‘well I’m doing you a favour as I’m not supposed to be serving post office parcels’ he also said that counter was for out of hours?( Wasn’t aware you could serve out of hours) he continued to spout, honestly my blood was boiling, he then said if I carried on he could refuse to serve me?? What the actual! I picked my up parcel and left. Rude arrogant little boy !

Went in store on Saturday evening at 9 pm wanting to collect an amazon parcel I was told I couldn’t collect the parcel as the post office closes at 8 after collecting parcels before I know it just takes a member of staff to go in the back and collect

9 o'clock and still not open. Pathetic
